Born in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood, the modern steakhouse American Cut comes to Scarpetta Tokyo for a limited-time pop-up.
Experience the American Cut Signature Dinner, a special course menu showcasing the bold and energetic flavors of the acclaimed New York steakhouse.

The course begins with a selection of seafood appetizers, followed by the restaurant’s famous Chili Lobster,and a spectacular main of 500g Japanese T-bone steak, grilled to perfection.
The meal concludes with the show-stopping “Cracker Jack Sundae”, a decadent dessert inspired by classic American diners,layered with caramel popcorn and peanut brittle—a playful and indulgent finale to this modern New York grill experience.
