For those with food allergies

We do our best to accommodate customers with food allergies, and will suggest menus upon request.Please note that we may be unable to accommodate certain requests depending on their nature. Additionally, same-day requests may be difficult to fulfill. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Restaurants:
Our staff will ask you when you make a reservation in advance or when you place an order.
Banquet hall:
We will discuss with the banquet director at the preliminary meeting.

Food Allergy Precautions

1. Ingredients used are confirmed based on information from the manufacturer.
2. Since the food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menus, and the same cooking and cleaning equipment is used as for other menus, there is a possibility that allergenic substances may be mixed in small quantities during the cooking process.
In addition, there is a possibility that a small amount of allergenic substances may be mixed in during the production process of the ingredients used by the manufacturer.
3. Please note that due to the above reasons, the menu is not completely allergy-friendly. Please note that we may have no choice but to refuse to serve a dish if the symptoms are severe, for the safety of our guests.
